I Write Colorful Articles About a Dimension of Negril the Most Tourists Rarely See.

This has led me to create this blog in order to save and display my stories along with all of my 3D photos just for you my many tourist fans. I'm doing it in cooperation with the 2 author / webmasters of the NEGRIL JAMAICA TOURIST VIDIA, a free, 1500 page exhaustive visual encyclopedia - directory website of Negril.

My articles are about my actual experiences doing various goofy things at various interesting places all over Negril. So I sometimes utilize this reference website's photos, videos and maps here to visually portray some of the tourist enterprises, activities and attractions that I mention that are in this beautiful Jamaican tourist town.

Through my articles and the visuals that I've posted here you will quickly learn why I and so many other tourists love this little town so much.

Rocky's Taxi & Tours

Roxroy Lawrence has been the friendly proprietor of ROCKY'S TAXI & TOURS service in Negril for over 20 years.

When you're in Negril you will need an experienced, reliable, insured driver to safely transport you and your party to and from the many wonderful enterprises, activities and attractions found in Negril. IMHO Rocky's your man because he sure was mine when my family was there and we wanted to go around town to learn more about Negril.

He has lived within the Negril area all of his life and knows the area like the back of his hand. He been a professional driver for over 25 years and he is currently contracted through JCAL with the Point Village Resort.

Rocky does airport transfers, tours and charter taxi services for the Point Village Resort's patrons & its condo owners as well as for parties from many other resorts. He is very pleased to be the driver of choice for many, many repeat customers like myself.

He will take you safely and economically to any of the tourist places which you might want to visit while you are in Negril. He can also suggest many very interesting places in and near Negril for you to visit, of which you might not be aware.

ROCKY'S TAXI & TOURS can provide you with many references to attest to you of his good services in and around the Negril area with mine being the first. Considering the poor reputation of so many drivers in Negril, I determined that I would only list the good ones like Rocky in my NEGRIL JAMAICA VIDIA - a visual encyclopedia / directory of all of the enterprises in Negril. He is listed under 2 categories there -1. tours and 2. transportation - taxis.

Technically speaking, encyclopedias and directories, by their very nature should be thorough and complete and my Vidia is all of that except for those enterprises that I have been warned are just not good for tourists. That's why my list of taxis and tour drivers is small.

When I learn for myself or when someone whom I know to be honest and trustworthy informs me of a good one I include them. For those that are bad or those that I do not know firsthand as being good, I just exclude them because I want my Vidia to only contain information pages on Negril's good tourist enterprises (which really are almost all of of them).
